Company Policies
- To place an order, simply complete the form above or contact the owner via email at kryptikkrochet@gmail.com. The owner will respond within 48 hours.
- Once a price quote and timeframe is given, you have exactly one (1) week to commission your order.
- To commission an order, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total sale price will be required. This is to secure materials and ensure your project remains a priority.
- Deposits can be paid via cash, check or money order (made payable to Cristian Bell); CashApp ($Cris7W), Venmo (@kryptikkrochet), and PayPal (paypal.me/kryptikkrochet) also available.
- The average turnaround time for most products is 2-3 weeks; some products may require more time.
- Once your order is complete, the balance plus shipping costs are due.
- Shipping will be United States Postal Service or United Parcel Service (UPS) and costs will be calculated and included with price quote.
- Customer satisfaction is my #1 priority! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I will make it right!!!
